Terms of Use:

• Per session cost applies to the elected PACE Program option(s)
• 1 x-month minimum suggested for greatest efficiency of program support/utilization
• We never mind customization, Members seeking multi-month subscription option, must email the request to Info@FullerPros.com and will receive personalized invoice with preferred duration
• Hidden costs are not our style, there are NO set-up fees or extra costs outside of the individual, per-session cost
• Members receive business advisement support from business coach, does not include business development service(s)
• Each session(s) is specific to the in total time duration, as based on the elected session type(s) - 50-minutes
• Change of Schedule requests require 48 hour(s) advance notice, any reschedule must take place within the active 30-day Member payment cycle and will not extend beyond the active 30-day Member month
• Missed sessions will be counted as "Seen" any time a Member does not show for their scheduled/blocked session/appointment date/time
• Every session is guaranteed a scheduled time block of 50-minutes at a time, any late attendance will result in Member forfeiting all or a portion of their time. Coach will login and hold the session for 15-minutes of the 50-minute time block. After the hold duration of 15-minutes, if the Member, also referred to as "Client and/or Participant" does not "Show" or their session, the session is counted as 'Seen" and will not be eligible for reschedule or any form of refund
• Session purchases do not roll over/carry to an upcoming month, e.g. two 50-minute sessions in a single, 30-day duration, this is not permitted
• Membership "month" based on 4-week cycle, starting with date of purchase
• All sessions will take place virtually, via Zoom
• Support types will vary, based on Member business need and interest
• All memberships will adhere to Paylink service regulations and policies
• Any matters of Paylink policy operations will resolve directly with Paylink service provider
